  • Do I need a deposit?
    Yes! A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not considered booked until the deposit has been received.

    Can I cancel my appointment?
    Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if an appointment is canceled.

    Can I reschedule?
    Appointments may be rescheduled one time without penalty if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to the new appointment date when proper notice is given.

    When is the remaining balance due?
    The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.

  • What if I'm running late?
    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee or appointment cancellation depending on scheduling availability.

    How should I arrive for my appointment?
    Unless a shampoo add-on has been selected, please arrive with clean, detangled hair free of excessive product buildup.

    Can I bring guests?
    To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved.

    Can children accompany me to my appointment?
    Please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment unless the child is the client receiving the service.

    • Photos and videos of completed styles may be taken for portfolio and promotional purposes. Please notify me before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.
